•- this server will host EU-funded project accounts only (PROJECTNAME@euproject.info)
- no personal accounts
- for the first month (until March 2024), we will do a test run with a selected few accounts
- after that, we'll open registrations for new accounts
- in the meantime, we're preparing server rules, TOS, subscription model and pricing.

•- I added a 'Bare minimum' blocklist of domains from https://writer.oliphant.social/oliphant/the-oliphant-social-blocklist because some nasty stuff started to appear on public timeline
- I'm advising some people on how to use Mastodon for publishing project news
- Updated server rules, because some people thought it is for personal accounts too. It's not.
