So @bfdi is the German branch of government that oversees data protection as well as freedom of information.

They just ordered the German government to shut down all government-affiliated Facebook fanpages.

Specifically, BfDI states that Facebook is not in compliance with data protection due to Meta's extensive processing of personal data of users.
