FYI, the API enables this, with one API call.

Mastodon's front-end *actually* can do this too but need to:
1. Enable advanced web interface
2. Search for a hashtag
3. Pin it
4. Configure the column, add more hashtags

Notice that it supports `any`, `all` and `none` which is even more customizable 💥
